In year 1988, Ben founded the Group which marked the beginning of his leather goods retail empire. Come year 2007, the Group diversified its businesses and began its march into the real estate market. Following the success of the first Business Center set up in Hong Kong, the Group strengthened its foothold in the area of serviced business centers by launching two more branches in the region, bringing the Group to its peak as of today.
